Many first-time buyers want to enlist the advice of parents. These parents can be overprotective or overly critical of houses you show. Resist any urge to argue. Thank parents when they have good insight; gently correct them if they say something misleading. Overall, be just as patient educating the parents and they could become your best ally.
Buying a first home is an exciting—and eye-opening—experience. Be patient and informative, and your buyers will be a vocal source for repeat and referral business
